If Dinner colsing Manager Checklist  

Inspect Fish Market breakdown
Turn Off music
Turn Off heat and air conditioning
Cash out waiter AND bars
A Fill out comp sheet
Run end of nights reports at terminal
Ensure there are no oepn checks
Walks through restaurant and restrooms to inspect closing side work is complete
Check exterior of restaurant
Switch off heater in front of entrance
Turn off lights
A Ensure that the porters have arrived and if necessary give special instructions
Inspect coffee area and turn off coffee-tea heater
Extinguish any candles left burning (specially in bar and bathrooms)
Run squirrel reports from office
Finish Closing paperwork
Look office
